As a customer of The Elite Hand Car Wash and Detail Center, LLC, I assume complete responsibility for any damage to the vehicle prior to being worked on by The Elite Hand Car Wash and Detail Center, LLC or any damage that is discovered after washing the vehicle. You will be notified once wash is completed if there is/are any Damage (s) discovered under the dirt on the vehicle ; The Elite Hand Car Wash and Detail Center, LLC shall be held harmless. The Elite Hand Car Wash and Detail Center, LLC will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items on or in the vehicle while on the premises. I grant permission for any and all employee’s of The Elite Hand Car Wash and Detail Center, LLC to work on this vehicle.
